I'm inspired. And when one is inspired one should use that inspiration to try and make a difference... right?
I've always wanted to start my own blog cause I really love to write, but just didn't know what to write about. This past week I was honoured to be chosen to attend a Women's Executive Summit with Google. Two females from every office in North America were chosen to spend 2 days talking about women's issues. I have never considered myself a feminist and don't think I ever would. But something about this summit really inspired me to start making change....or at least burn my bra :)
So what am I going to write about? All things women - hence the name To The Power of X. Issues and challenges we face at work, in our social lives and in relationships. Tips and tricks that I hear about and want to share with others. Funny stories that make me laugh and hopefully make you laugh as well. Am I an expert? Hells no. But I think I've learned some cool stuff along the way and would love to share what I do know - while learning from others.
So here it goes. I hope someone tunes in at some point.... hopefully... Bueller?
